Damaged or Defective Products

If your pizzas arrive damaged, defective, or not up to our quality standards, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

• Replace the damaged or defective items at no charge, or
• Issue a full refund for the affected items

Please provide photos of the damaged products and packaging to help us improve our shipping process.

Temperature & Shipping Concerns

Our pizzas are shipped frozen with dry ice to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order arrives thawed or warm:

• Contact us immediately at 631-697-8930 or orders@firebornpizza.com
• We will send a replacement shipment at no additional cost
• Do not consume products that have been thawed during shipping

Not Satisfied? We'll Make It Right

If you're not satisfied with the taste or quality of our pizzas for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of your order. We offer:

• Store credit for future purchases, or
• Replacement products, or
• Full or partial refund depending on the circumstances

Important Notice

Due to the perishable nature of our frozen food products:

• We cannot accept physical returns of pizzas once delivered
• All refunds and replacements are processed based on your report and photos
• Pizzas must be stored properly in a freezer upon arrival

Refund Process

Once we approve your refund request:

• Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days
• The refund will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed
