Terms of Service
Last updated: May 24, 2026
Who we are
Fireborn Pizza is a small wood-fired frozen pizza business based on the North Fork of Long Island, NY. These terms apply to the Fireborn Pizza website (firebornpizza.com), the Fireborn Pizza iOS app, and any orders placed through either.
Orders
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy the items in your cart at the listed prices. We confirm the order via email and your card is charged at that time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — if we do, you’ll receive a full refund.
Delivery is currently available in Suffolk County, NY. Catering events outside that area may incur additional travel charges, quoted before you’re charged.
Subscriptions
Subscription customers are billed automatically at each delivery cutoff (typically 3 days before the delivery date) using the card saved during sign-up. We charge only if you actively confirm a delivery — by default, deliveries are SKIPPED. You can pause, cancel, or modify your subscription anytime in the app or by emailing us.
Refunds
If something’s wrong with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right — replacement, refund, or credit at our discretion. Frozen food is non-returnable for safety reasons.
Loyalty program
Loyalty points have no cash value and can’t be redeemed for cash. Daily upload and monthly earning caps apply (currently 2 uploads per day and 200 points per calendar month, subject to change). Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
User-uploaded content
When you upload a photo or video to the loyalty program, you grant Fireborn a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to repost it on our marketing channels (website, social media, email, in-app gallery). You retain ownership; you can ask us to remove a specific upload at any time.
You promise that anything you upload is yours to share — no other people, copyrighted material, or content you don’t have rights to. We may reject or remove uploads at our discretion.
Account & access
You’re responsible for keeping your account secure. We use magic links and Apple/Google sign-in — there’s no password to remember, but you should still protect the email account tied to your Fireborn account.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the website or app to attempt to break, probe, or overwhelm our systems. Don’t scrape or copy our pizza descriptions, recipes, or imagery without permission. Don’t impersonate other customers.
Disclaimers
We do our best, but the site and app are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Allergens: our pizzas are made in a kitchen that handles wheat, dairy, gluten, and other common allergens. If you have a serious allergy, contact us before ordering.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms when we change our business. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
